Chairman’s Announcements
To receive any communications the presiding Chairman may wish to put before the Council. To include update Great Wyrley Mining Memorial.

Public Participation
The Chairman will move that the meeting be adjourned for a period of no more than fifteen minutes to allow any elector of the Parish or his/her representative to raise or question any issue appertaining to official Parish Council business. In order to take advantage of this opportunity a request to do so must have been made within the period of publication of the Agenda and the meeting itself and the request will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.

Clerk’s Report
(a) Sign-off of Quarter 3 – Reconciliation of Accounts
(b) Replacement of demolished Bus shelter at Gorsey Lane
(c) Budget Report for Financial year 2026/27 and setting of Annual Precept requirement.
(d) Percentage increase on Standard Charges relating to Community Centre Charges, Cemetery Charges and other services provided by the Council.

Due to timing and limited access to relevant information, consideration of Items (c) and (d) may be deferred until February. This will allow members sufficient time to review all available information, fully digest the details, and make a well-informed decision.

To receive a report from County Councillor on matters pertaining to Staffordshire County Council.

To consider planning applications received by the Parish Council.

Report of accounts to be authorised for payment.

Exclusion of Press and Public
The Chairman to move that in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable that the public and press be excluded and that they are instructed to withdraw in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Section 1(2).
- Appeal against Cemetery Charge
- Any other ongoing issues.
