Election of Chairman of the Annual Governance and Audit  Committee for meeting.

  1. Quarter One Financial Reports 2026/27

To review and approve the Quarter One Reconciliation of the Parish Council Accounts for the year 2026/27

  1. Cancellation of Unpresented Cheque December 2024

 Authorisation sought for the cancellation of uncashed cheque issued in 2024.

  1. Review of Earmarked Reserves – Completed Commemorative Projects.

Approval to transfer remaining funds from completed commemorative projects reserve back into general reserves.

  1. Annual Review of Existing Council Policies 2026/27

The following policies have been presented for review:

  1. Adoption of Reviewed Financial Regulations

 Adoption of reviewed Financial Regulations in line Audit Regulations for 2026/27.

  1. Adoption of Reviewed Financial Risk Assessment

 Adoption of reviewed Financial Risk Assessment in line with Audit Regulations for 2026/27.

  1. Adoption of Reviewed Standing Orders

 Adoption of reviewed Standing Orders in line with Audit Regulations for 2026/27.

  1. Adoption of Parish Council IT Policy

Adoption of IT Policy in line Audit Regulations for 2026/27.

  1. Adoption of Co-Option Policy

Adoption of Co-option Policy in line with Audit Regulations 2026/27

  1. Adoption of Reviewed Staffing and Transparency Report

 Adoption of reviewed Staffing and Transparency Report in line with Audit Regulations for 2026/27.

  1. Authorisation to Publish on Parish Council Website

In the event of approval of the reviewed Policies set out above permission is sought for publication of the amended versions on the Parish Council website.      

  1. Adoption of New Policies – Complaints Procedure and Privacy Policy.

In line with Audit Regulations for 2026/27 a Complaints Procedure and Privacy Policy has now been composed and requires authorisation of adoption by Council.

  1. Authorisation to Publish on Parish Council Website

In the event of approval of the Complaints Procedure and Privacy Policy documents permission is sought for publication on the Parish Council’s website in line with Audit Regulations for 2026/27.
