  1. Chairman’s Announcements

To receive any communications the presiding Chairman may wish to put before the Council.

  1. Public Participation

The Chairman will move that the meeting be adjourned for a period of no more than fifteen minutes to allow any elector of the Parish or his/her representative to raise or question any issue appertaining to official Parish Council business.  In order to take advantage of this opportunity a request to do so must have been made within the period of publication of the Agenda and the meeting itself and the request will be put before the Council by the Clerk and responses provided in due course.

  1.  ATTENDANCE BY RYAN TAYLOR LOCALITY THREE ENABLER SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

Mr. Ryan Taylor will be in attendance at the meeting representing South Staffordshire Council and will be able to discuss a number of topics which will include Zellar Carbon Dating and the Wyrley Essington Canal Consultation.

(a)   Wyrley Essington Canal Consultation.

(b)   Deferred Item – Request for Replacement Fencing – 1a Landywood Lane

(Please see attached Report).

(c)    Local Government Reorganisation (Please see attached Report)

(d)    Request from Great Wyrley Carnival Committee for use of Landywood Lane Play Area for its Halloween Experience Event (to                                coincide with The Community Group’s Halloween Walk).

(e)    Update on progress with proposed CHAPS Mining Memorial.

(f)     Confirmation of dates for Christmas Market and Senior Citizens Christmas Lunch.

(g)    Application for co-option onto Parish Council.

(h)    Freedom of Information Request from Great Wyrley and Cheslyn Hay Community Group.

           (i)     Authorisation to publish official response re Annual Bonfire Enquiries

To receive a report from County Councillor on matters pertaining to Staffordshire County Council.
